From the moment you first make contact with The Team at Rye Hill, you will understand how supportive and dedicated The Team are in making your Big Day everything you have dreamt it to be.
At The Gallery, we are aware that each wedding is a very special and unique occasion. We pride ourselves on providing a truly personal service at a time when the pressure, stresses and strains can be overwhelming. We will work alongside you to make your day as enjoyable, exciting and most importantly, as relaxed as possible.
To help us in making your dreams a reality, we like to offer the following-
First visit-We will show you around our beautiful venue, listen to your requirements, answer any questions and maybe make a few suggestions. Please feel free to have a drive around our golf estate in one of our buggies, to soak in the charm and beauty of our North Oxfordshire countryside.
Second visit-You will have the opportunity to explain your personal requirements in more detail, in order that we may produce a detailed running order and price plan. At this stage and only once you are happy with every detail, the deposit is payable. We request a sum equivalent to the venue hire charge for your selected date, thereafter no further monies are due until 15 working days before the date. At this stage the balance of the account is due.
Subsequent meetings-Once you have booked The Gallery, we will organise a pre-wedding meeting with you to sample your preferred dishes and wines. Four people can attend at no cost. Following this meeting we hope that you will feel confident and relaxed in the knowledge that all aspects of your day have been agreed in detail.
A day or two before your wedding-we will ask you to drop off with us any table plans, favours, decorations and gifts. It is then time for you to leave the rest to us, we will set and dress the tables to your exact instruction.
On the day-On the morning of your wedding we will prepare The Gallery for your arrival. Reception drinks chilled, poured and awaiting your arrival. My team and I will be ready and waiting to deliver our special brand of efficient, understated service.
